The Vice President of Marketing will have opportunities to play an instrumental role across all of Greenlane’s business units.

Job purpose:

  • Lead the development and growth of the Supply and Packaging Segment, while providing leadership to personnel based in the Greenlane West office.
  • Duties and responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed budgeted P&L targets for the Supply and Packaging Segment
  • Recruit, mentor and develop the Staff and Management team of the Supply and Packaging Segment.
  • Ensure a cohesive and connected culture with the Greenlane Family.
  • Develop the Supply and Packaging team into a focused unit with clearly understood goals and objectives.
  • Build processes necessary to enhance customer service and satisfaction as it relates to deliver of both Generic and Custom Product.
  • Develop controls at each point of the Supply Chain to track and understand where orders are in the process
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and partners with field leadership to ensure customer needs, contract terms and standard operating procedures are met

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Fostering a cohesive sense of community with all Greenlane facilities and offices.
  • Schedule regular team building activities to improve morale.
  • Build relationships with both Key Suppliers and Key Customers.
  • Daily one on one’s with key reports
  • Removing roadblocks
  • Create and manage KPIs for each Supply and Packaging Segment.
  • Responsible for budget preparation, management, review and approval of appropriate expenses. Evaluates and coordinates capital equipment purchases and coordinates Capital Expenditure Request with Director of Operations.
  • Hires, assesses needs and current staff, develops and leads office teammates providing opportunities for continuous growth and development through appropriate training and certifications.
  • Works with teammates, local sales team, field operations leadership, and vendor representatives to resolve issues relating to product quality, availability and delivery schedules. Provides customer interface for new services and programs and problem resolution.
  • Leads and directs the operational, sales, and general GL West office to effect the most efficient management of company assets, while attaining targeted customer service levels and ensuring company practices and standards are implemented and maintained. Monitors and reports progress.
